Our product families provide refiners with a range of performance options depending on oil type and process. Zion® products are surface activated to optimize clarification of difficult to bleach oils with high levels of chlorophyll and problematic color bodies
Soyabean Oil
We recommended our Zion 210 is for soyabean bleaching. It removes more than 95% of chlorophyll.
Ricebran Oil
We recommend our Zion 220 grade for dewax RBO and Zion 310 grade for degum RBO. Zion 220 is designed in a way that it does not destroy Oryzanol the prime neutritional in deawax ricebran oil. It removes Gum content, wax content and chlorophyll very smartly.
Cotton seed Oil
We highly recommended our Zion 280 and Zion 330 grades. These grades are specially designed for cottonseed oil to remove Gossypol and gives almost crystal clear bleached oil.
Palm Oil
We highly recommended Zion 310 for palm oil. It removes carotenoides and heavy metal from oil. We highly recommended Zion 280 for the palm oil refiners who are conscious for the P-content after de-odorize CPO is max 3 ppm.
Castor oil
Zion 230 is specially designed for castor oil refining. Its particle size distribution is set in a way that viscosity of castor oil doesn't affect and gives fast filtration. Removes smartly colour bodies but didn't increase its FFA.
Petroleum Oil/ Mineral oil / Greases
Our own R&D product Zion 800 in Granular as well as powder form to purify petroleum products such as paraffin oil, paraffin wax, waste oil, used oil, petro Grease, bees wax and other waxes.
