JVM's ZION products offer processing aids to produce clean, clear, quality oils for edible and non edible refiners. Zion products originate from a unique mineral deposit located near Kutch, Gujarat. The clay in this region features a large, highly active surface area well suited for the removal of color bodies and impurities from edible oils.

JVM Minechem has grown to be a global structure in refining clay market under technical collaboration between JVM Minechem and The Institute of chemical research of Catalonia, Spain. Our fully DCS operating system meet all norms of desired specification to deliver quality performance.

Proven & Reliable Performance

  • Zion clay is designed in a way that it gives high oil stability and hence doesn't impart colour reversion.
  • Zion clay is activated by thermal and or mineral acid such as H SO and then washed out all sulphats so it isn't harmful at the 2 4 user end.
  • Zion clay reserves all core nutrition such as tocopherols, vitamins, oryzanols etc.
  • Zion clay meets FEDIOL limit and other microsoms are within specification.
